Following are the terms and conditions

that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY.

All orders are processed within 12-16 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact us via FB Messenger or email  

You can choose to change your shipping method at check out - this will NOT change the speed in which your order is processed, only how fast Canada Post will deliver from the time they receive the order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Still North Design Co, currently ships to all countries outside of Canada.

All orders are processed within 12-16 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

The shipping time is out of our control as Canada Post hands it over to postal company native to your country. Delivery time can be between 20-45 days. 

Still North Design Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURN POLICY

At this time, Still North Design Co does not offer returns. We will gladly accept exchanges! You are responsible for the return shipping and we will ship out your exchange once we receive it.
